Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased directly from KOKOIST USA within the last 14 days.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Package Securely

  Carefully pack the approved items in a sturdy box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit, as damaged goods cannot be refunded.

  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking number to our support team for processing.
